Emma Jean's offers two cleaning programs for you to choose from. As we sit down to decide what is best for you we can customize either program to better fit your needs.
General Cleaning Program:
Kitchen
- Sanitize and polish all appliance surfaces, range hood, sink, and countertops
- Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs
- Clean cupboard fronts, eating tables, chairs, and barstools
- Clean microwave inside and out
Bathroom
- Clean all shelves, pretties, light fixtures, bathroom items
- Sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and tile work
- All mirrors
- Cabinet fronts
Remaining Rooms
- Dust all furniture
- Linens changed or made up
- All trash removed
- Cobwebs and ceiling fans dusted
- Glasswork on surfaces and interior windows if needed
- Light switches and door handles sanitized
- Baseboards if needed
Floors
- Carpet and rugs vacuumed
- Hard floors swept and wet-washed and dried
VIP Cleaning Program:
This includes everything in the general cleaning program PLUS:
- Interior refrigerator cleaning*
- Interior oven cleaning*
- Interior cabinet cleaning*
- Vacuum mattress or flip the mattress
- Move furniture for vacuuming (weight limit)
- Washing the baseboards
- Wall washing
- Small amount of laundry washed, dried, folded, and put away
- Organization of closets or drawers
* this will take a bit of preparation from you before we can do these tasks
Moving Out?
Emma Jean's works with multiple property management companies to return the unit to "as good as new" condition after their tenants have moved out. We understand the level of cleaning they require and have been helping tenants receive most, if not all, of their deposit back.
Duties include:
- Inside of refrigerator and oven
- Inside of cabinets in both bathrooms and kitchen
- Top of lights and cabinets
- Minor wall washing on top of our normal cleaning duties.

Pricing
Because every home is unique, Emma Jean's feels it is best to give a quote for services after a FREE in-home estimate has been completed. Call or email us to set up an appointment with Emily, the owner of Emma Jean's. We will be happy to discuss specific cleaning needs in person as we tour your home. This FREE estimate can be scheduled at any time, day or evening. Estimates only take about 15 minutes and upon conclusion, pricing rates and scheduling can be set.
